The dashboard flags anyone who hasn’t flown in three weeks or hasn’t started, so an instructor can call before the gap costs them their progress.

Each student preps their next lesson in Boplo: the exercise, a checklist and questions for their instructor. Theory practice uses the FAA or UK CAA pass mark.

Built around your students’ consent

Students choose to join

Before joining, a student sees exactly what your instructors will see: their name and email, flights and hours, lesson notes and debriefs, syllabus progress, exam dates and scores, and next lesson. They can leave at any time and keep all their records.

It supports your training, it doesn’t replace it

Boplo doesn’t replace your syllabus, your instructors or the official logbook. Instructors can see a student’s record but can’t change it, and nothing in Boplo authorises a flight.

Questions

Do students pay anything?

No. While they’re members of your school, Advanced is covered by your plan. If a student already pays for Advanced themselves, they can cancel their own subscription from Plan & billing.

Does it work for FAA and UK schools?

Yes. Students choose their country and licence, and Boplo follows the matching syllabus: FAA Private Pilot, UK PPL(A) and NPPL, and EASA PPL(A). Other countries get a general ICAO outline.

Can we cancel?

Yes, any time from Billing and invoices on your school dashboard. Your plan runs to the end of the year you’ve paid for. After that, students move to the Free plan and keep their records.

What if we grow past 25 students?

Email support@boplo.app and we’ll move you to School Plus.

Can we pay by invoice or bank transfer?

For larger schools, yes. Get in touch with your details.

Who can see the dashboard?

The person who sets up the plan, and instructors who join with your instructor code. You can change either code at any time, and remove anyone from your school.
